Our free online skin analysis lets you upload a photo of your face to receive a personalised cosmetic skin report. Here is exactly how your data is handled:

• Your photo is never stored. It is processed transiently in memory for the few seconds the analysis takes and is not saved to our servers, logged, or shared. Location data (EXIF) is removed in your browser before the photo is sent.
• The analysis is performed by Anthropic's Claude AI service acting as our data processor. The photo is sent securely for the single purpose of generating your report and is not used to train AI models.
• The optional shareable score card is created entirely on your own device. Nothing you share is uploaded by us.
• If you choose to unlock your full report, we collect your name (optional) and email address with your consent, and store it together with your analysis results (such as skin type and score) in our own secure database. We use this to send you your report, to tailor our recommendations, and to send occasional beauty updates. You can unsubscribe or ask us to delete your data at any time by contacting us.
• The analysis is cosmetic guidance only and is not a medical or dermatological assessment.
